Our Process

From green bean
to your grinder.

We source green coffee from single-origin farms — Colombia, Ethiopia, Guatemala, Brazil, and rotating microlots. Every origin is chosen for a reason: distinct flavor, ethical sourcing, and the kind of cup you'll remember.

We roast on-site in Tarentum, PA. Not in a warehouse. Not at a co-packer. The same hands that pull your espresso are the ones roasting your beans. Small batches mean we control every variable — time, temperature, airflow — so every bag is exactly what it should be.

Step 01

Source

Green beans from single-origin farms. We taste, evaluate, and select for the cup profile we want.

Step 02

Roast

Small-batch roasted in Tarentum, PA. Each roast profile is dialed in for the origin — light for florals, medium for body, dark for depth.

Step 03

Rest

Freshly roasted beans rest 24-48 hours to degas. This is the window most big roasters skip. We don't.

Step 04

Ship

Bagged in our 16oz resealable bags with a roast date printed on every one. At your door in days.
